By accessing or using Luminous Cipher (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

2. License Grant

Subject to your payment of applicable fees and compliance with these Terms, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use license keys you have purchased on the device(s) permitted by your plan.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code, (b) share, resell, or sublicense your keys without written permission, (c) use the Service to violate any law, or (d) attempt to bypass device binding or validation checks.

4. Payments & Refunds

All fees are charged in USD and are non-refundable except as required by law or stated in our refund policy. Trial keys are free and auto-expire. Lifetime keys include a 30-day money-back guarantee provided the key has not been bound to a device.

5. Revocation & Suspension

We may revoke or suspend any key found to be used in violation of these Terms, obtained fraudulently, or charged back. Revocation takes effect immediately across all devices.

6. Service Availability

We target 99.99% uptime but make no guarantees. We are not liable for downtime, data loss, or business interruption resulting from Service unavailability.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Luminous Cipher be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 12 months.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be announced at least 14 days in advance. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
